Better nervous and brain system operation and blood creation is achieved by using this water soluble vitamin. It is one of eight B vitamins that are found in the body. DNA formation inside the body's cellular system uses this vitamin as well, and energy production is also increased by it. Vitamin B12 is a popular ingredient in anti-aging creams, since a lack of the vitamin in the body contributes to the aging of skin.
