We are in a new era where many North Americans are becoming self-conscious of their health and plan on taking action sooner than later. According to certain reports, almost half of Americans are said to be overweight or obese by the year 2030, which is an incredibly scary figure if you ask me.
Now because people are becoming more self-aware and want to change their state of health, they have started to experiment with what I like to call "dieting fads"-diets that might last a week or two with minimal results.
The entire health and fitness industry has experienced a boom likely from a result of people whom are desperate to lose weight quickly by experimenting with high fat low carb diets or in some way try to choose foods that help you lose weight. However the majority of these diets do not work simply because on has a difficult time following the "plan" which might actually lead to further health complications such as:
1) Plaque build-up
2) Hypertension
3) Heart disease
4) etc..
There is only one way to uncover and crack the fat loss code...that is the good old fashion way...through hard work. It's quite simple, the only way to work of ones excess weight is to set out several months to a year and just workout like a mad wan or woman while making sure to eat properly.
